2. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments : All payments must be made online via approved payment gateways available on our platform. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (if any). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment gateways may charge processing fees, which are borne by the user as per their policies. We do not store or process credit/debit card details. Transactions are handled securely by third-party payment providers.

3. GST (Goods and Services Tax) Compliance : We are registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, and applicable GST rates are charged as per Indian tax laws. If applicable, GST invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email after a successful purchase. No GST refunds are provided after a purchase is completed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy : As our products are digital, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless: 1. The digital product is not delivered due to a technical error. 2. The product is defective or corrupted, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days as per the payment gateway’s policy.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes : By purchasing from Digitalyoushop, you agree not to dispute payments with your bank or payment provider for valid transactions. Chargebacks initiated without valid cause will be considered fraudulent activity, and we reserve the right to block future access to our platform. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide the payment provider with transaction details and legal documentation. Users filing false chargebacks may face legal action as per Indian laws under the IT Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

6. License and Intellectual Property Rights : Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital product for personal or business purposes (as specified). You cannot resell, distribute, modify, or share our digital products without prior written consent. Violation of these terms may result in legal action under Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.

7. Delivery of Digital Products : After a successful purchase, digital products will be delivered via email or a secure download link. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at info@digitalyoushop.com

8. Prohibited Activities : Users must not: Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify our digital products. Use our products for illegal, misleading, or unethical purposes. Use automated tools to scrape, download, or resell content. Violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
